Fitzgerald, Sir Thomas.

The wealthy owner of Castle Richmond, whose marriage to Mary Wainwright was later challenged as illegal by the return of the man who claimed to he her first husband. Almost ruined by the demands made upon him by Mollet, he was at last forced to accept the situation, but the disgrace killed him.

Only after his death was it found that Mollet had been married when he went through the ceremony with Mary Wainwright, and that it was that marriage, not Sir Thomas', that was illegal.
